How Do Venture Investment Clubs Work? Venture investment clubs should follow a process used by other clubs that buy publicly traded stocks. In fact, there is no reason that venture investment clubs cannot buy such stocks as well, in which case they need to select a broker. Venture investments are usually made by buying directly from the company and its principals so no stock broker is required. With the development of the Internet a number of intermediary organizations, such as FairShares4U, are being established (see link to articles) who assist investors in finding venture opportunities. Otherwise venture investment clubs function pretty much the same way regular clubs do. All Investment clubs are more likely to be successful when they follow two principles.
