Who Controls Venture Investment Clubs?

    One of the features of an investment club is that no one person or group can really control it, because all members have to participate in the decision making as formulated in the club's charter or partnership agreement.

    Supporting organizations such as the ones mentioned function to provide information or assist with record keeping, without being involved in investment decisions.  Only the members of the club can make decisions to allocate its funds.
